How can I tell if a Hello Kitty lipstick is authentic?
I just received a Cute-ster in the mail today. The plastic lid is super shiny and a different plastic than any of my regular mac lipsticks are.
The bottom of it does have a sticker that says Cute-ster on it and that it was made in belgium, but it's about to fall off so i'm not sure if it is legit or if someone just stuck the sticker on the bottom?
It does have the hello kitty head engraved on the side of the lipstick, but i remember reading a post a few months ago where someone had stated that even some of the fakes were so elaborate that they also had a HK logo on the lipstick.

Ok, I promise, this'll be the last entry for a little bit.
I took Riley to the vet today to see what's up with him, and came out with some good news and some strange news.
The Good News: Amarillo Dean Myers does not have a urinary tract infection!
The Strange News: He's like, two or three months older than we thought!
Yeah, trust me, it blew my mind too. I brought in his vaccination papers and gave them to my vet (who is as awesome as I'd been told) and she told me that it wasn't a UTI, he was actually just starting to mark his territory. When I asked if that was normal for his age, she's like "Well, it appears that he was actually born in March."
WHAAAT.
I have no idea how that slipped by me or why the breeder lied to me about how old he was when his actual birthday was on his paperwork! I'm bamboozled. However, Riley's birthday (March 25, 2009) has been discovered, and I'm taking him in next week to get him neutered. Big stuff for a little dog!
And he even got a gold (rabies tag) star. :) All part of the fun of owning a Corgi, I suppose!

I hardly EVER purchase anything online anymore due to all the scamming that was going on for a while but decided to take a chance. :/ I know her post says she mailed out some packages and then was posting again on 11/6 but its not 11/12 and I still haven't received anything. Should I file with paypal?? I emailed her a while ago and never got a response.

** Remember we have a Sports Fans theme going right now for November at this link.
(You can get creative. As a sports-void human I posted a picture of Ein playing with his soccer ball. But certainly our NFL/whatever-L loving corgis are loved and appreciated as well!)
** There WILL be a Secret Santa this year again! We had a great time with it last year. So start thinking about if you want to participate. Apparently last year quite a few people didn't know about it so I will make every effort to advertise with multiple posts.
I am thinking the day after Thanksgiving I will post the official post about Secret Santas and then partners shall be given out a week or so later.
I will post another reminder in November.
